Dear NAME,

On behalf of the IMPACT Planning Committee, thank you for participating in this year’s national conference. We are delighted and excited to have you and 800 other college students throughout the United States embark on an empowering, reflective, and inspiring experience with other active students from across the country!

To make participants feel even more welcome and to really take advantage of the conference's location, the Planning Committee would like to hold several informal city tours led by students who are well-acquainted with Boston and its most riveting attractions. We noticed that you attend a school in Boston, and thus might be a good candidate to lead such a tour. If you're interested, we would love for you (and a friend) to lead a tour during the conference. Tours will last approximately one hour and will take place on the evening of Saturday, March 8, 2008. Groups will be manageable, as other events and city tours will be occurring at the same time so that registrants can choose among a variety of activities during their free time.

If you are interested in being a Volunteer City Tour Leader and would like more information, please contact NAME at PHONE or EMAIL by February 29, 2008.

Thank you for your time. We look forward to meeting you in March.

Sincerely,

NAME
Social Events Subcommittee
